Eric brings over 15 years of professional boxing and fitness coaching experience to Dexter’s Fitness Center. He specializes in developing technical skills, strength training, and sparring strategies for both beginners and competitive fighters. His passion is helping members build confidence, improve endurance, and achieve their personal fitness goals through structured, challenging, and fun workouts.
